Delivery lead times vary depending on product and manufacturer. Most items are special order and are ready for collection/delivery within 2 - 4 weeks. In all cases we advise you of an expected lead time when your order is confirmed.
The estimated delivery lead time for each product is subject to availability and current resourcing with manufacturers. Weekend deliveries are subject to availability as they are often in higher demand. No additional charge is made for a weekend delivery. All attempts to deliver within a promised timeframe are made, we are however occasionally subject to demand and supply constraints from suppliers - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time. In all cases we aim to keep you fully informed of delivery lead time and any amendments.
Your delivery will be made to a safe location within your property boundary, and where possible this will be off any public footpaths or highways. We ask that you ensure there is sufficient space on your property to accept your order, especially if you have ordered a product from one of our larger garden building ranges.
We endeavour to assist where possible but unfortunately due to time restraints and insurance liabilities cannot take the product(s) around the back of the property and we typically plan to deliver to the front garden or drive. We require a signature for the goods received and confirmation of their condition. Our deliveries are typically completed by a sole driver / loader, we therefore request that if a large or heavy item has been ordered that you make available a suitably fit and healthy individual to assist. Health and Safety and Insurance liabilities also prevent us from entering your property for access and should you live in a flat or request delivery to an allotment we will still only be able to deliver to that point of the property adjacent to the roadway.
We offer a delivery services to any postcode within Warwickshire but national delivery may be available on request. In the event of a delivery being unsuccessful due to no one being available to assist where appropriate or to sign for the delivery we shall attempt to rebook the delivery with you - a second delivery charge may be applied. We typically use a medium size (3.5 ton) flatbed vehicle and ask you to ensure sufficient access is available. Our vehicles must be able to park within 25 metres of the delivery location address to complete a successful delivery - if this is not achievable please advise us in advance. We may charge an additional fee or a second delivery charge.
Many of our products are available for delivery outside of Warwickshire directly from importers or manufacturers. Please contact us for more information if you would like to utilise this service.
We do not charge you for you products or delivery at the time of order. Only once your order is processed and items either allocated from stock or ordered from the manufacturer is your payment charged. We advise you at the point the transaction is processed.
